We all are in need of wisdom. Where then, shall we get that wisdom? It is my objective to expound our text and notice the answer. I would also encourage you to make wisdom a high priority.
When thinking of this coming year there are many areas wherein we could improve. I thought it necessary to focus on one of high importance. It is my objective to touch on a major aspect of life; may you consider love's priority.
Life can be problematic, even for the Christian. But I wish to remind you, that as children of God, we are not left alone. As difficult as things may be and as hard as life is, my objective is to give you encouragement! I point you to the Deliverer!

Often, things written to the Jews may also be applied to the Christian. In our text Moses exhorts the Israelites. It is my objective to apply the lessons found in this chapter to the Christian.
How much do you love Jesus? How do you express or manifest that love? The passage before us, and specifically our text, lends itself to this discussion. It is my objective to provoke each of us to search our souls and, perhaps, cause a positive response so that we would give high esteem to Jesus.
Last week I began a study on the subject of heaven. Our text reveal the words "the third heaven." I defined heaven by the use of a myriad of verses. Today, it is my objective to give you a description of "heaven."
I looked up every verse in the Bible which contains the word "heaven" or "heavens" and made assessment. It is my objective to define "heaven" based upon the depiction found in our verse.
These verses remind me of how difficult life really is. They also give instruction on its brevity and an encouragement wherein we might find hope. May we be mindful of the words of David as found in this section of God's Word.
