I Will Come Again
Aren't you glad the Bible contains promises about Jesus coming again? Permit me to ask, "Do we have to wonder whether or not He is going to keep His word?" Don't be concerned. Jesus said, "I will come again."

Our passage speaks of the negative impact if there were no resurrection from the dead. I wish to look at these but also at the opposite, the positive aspects. Let us consider, "Does the resurrection of Jesus make any difference today?"
The Bible tells Christians to seek the kingdom of God. That means we can live for God or we can live for ourselves. Our goals might include God and His will, or they might not. So, we may ask, "What is the focus of our lives?" Our answer will reveal our emphasis.
The Bible says to "give honor to whom honor is due" in Romans 13:7. It is my intention today to "give honor" unto One to Whom it is due.
Our text is a proclamation. There is no trickery. There is no deception. This is no empty promise. In this proclamation there is substance. There is clarity. There is hope. It is that which can change your life forever.
Job, in the midst of his suffering, responded well toward God. In this, God was glorified. It is my desire to take a look at the words of Job and learn from them.
God's Word is His revelation to us. In it we can learn of Him and we can discern about man and how God deals with him. I desire to refer to a point in human history and learn from it.
Sometimes when we witness for the Lord we emphasize the need for sinners to be saved, so much so, we imply only murderers, thieves, adulterers, etc. need saving. But salvation is not just for the lowest of sinners, but simply, good people need to be saved also.
I wish to take this occasion to speak on the subject of love. I would like to focus upon our love for God. How would you describe such love? Hear what the Bible says on this subject and make a self-assessment.
Sometimes we judge a person's spirituality. We will say, "She is a spiritual woman." Or, "He isn't very spiritual." It is my objective to study this term from a biblical perspective. Perhaps we will be less likely to make a wrong assessment of ourselves and others.
