Today is Mother's Day. Our text honors a mother, but there is more to the verses. May God bless His Word.
I believe the Flood account to be true in every sense. I believe we can learn from this record.
The Earth is filled with violence. Ever since sin entered the world there has been division. This will be seen in our text.
Do you believe that God created the heavens and the earth and formed this world in six days? What about man? Did God create man as an individual species?
I thought it well to address a few "common" Bible lessons. Permit me to cover the subject of the creation.
Is there life after death? Will the dead rise again? As we do every Sunday, we speak of the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. We speak of the hope that He gives.
Christians are often inquisitive about the End Times. One of the most common questions I have been asked deals with the Tribulation; will people be saved during the Tribulation period?
Sinners must believe to be saved. But they cannot believe if they have never heard of Jesus. They will not hear unless someone conveys to them the message. May we have a compassion for the lost.
Satan is active; he is on the move. The verse which we read tells us something about our adversary. I would like for us to think about Satan.
