Look To Jesus
All of us know that life is a difficult path. Our days are filled with toil and trouble. Life is hard. It is my intention to lift you up with the teaching found in our text. May we consider that we are to look to Jesus.

Life can be tough. Life will tire you out. How then shall you endure? How will you face the battles of life? How will you run the race?
Our reading (Revelation 22:18-19) issues a warning against those who mishandle the Word of God. Truth is, we have a tendency to pick and choose what to believe or follow. Our text describes an occasion in which the people of Israel evidence selective hearing. May we not be found guilty of these very things.

Tomorrow is Memorial Day. It is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation's military service. It is my desire to use this occasion to cause us to remember.
I was explaining the truth of this verse to someone, and I expressed the gift of eternal life, when this person said, "Plus, what we must do." It is my desire to discuss the truth of this verse, and hopefully, you will not have the same view as my friend. If you perceive the immensity of sin, you will not do so.
